Permission for grant of extension to raise construction or to set up unit/establishment.
Requirements/Enclosures
1 Application on plain paper (on letter head of Firm/Company/ Society/ Trust as the case may be) can be submitted at the Reception Counter alongwith the following documents .

:- Project Implementation Schedule (PIS) on prescribed proforma in the form of an Affidavit on a stamp paper of Rs.10/- duly notarized for Industrial units
:- No dues certificate regarding upto date payment of dues from concerned Accounts Officer
:- Payment deposit challan in original regarding deposit of the amount against extension charges in Noida's account in one of the authorized banks
:- Extension shall be granted on yearly basis, minimum period for the purposes of calculation of extension charges shall be one month
:- Prevailing rate of extension charges is given are below:-

I RESIDENTIAL After expiry of construction period extension charges for 1st year is 4% of the allotment price, for 2nd year 5% of allotment price and for 3rd year 6% of the allotment price. Thereafter 4% of current sector rate shall be chargeable . After transfer 4% of current sector rate is chargeable
II GROUP HOUSING After expiry of construction period extension charges for 1st year is 4% of the allotment price, for 2nd year 5% of allotment price and for 3rd year 6% of the allotment price. Thereafter 4% of current sector rate shall be chargeable After transfer 4% of current sector rate is chargeable
III HOUSING Not applicable.  
IV INDUSTRIAL

Phase-I :-
For 1st year extension - Rs. 50/- per sqm.
For 2nd year to 7th year extension - Rs. 150/- per sqm.
For 8th to 10th year extension - Rs.200/- per sqm.
Phase-II :-
For 1st year extension - Rs. 25/- per sqm.
For 2nd year to 7th year extension - Rs. 50/- per sqm.
For 8th to 10th year extension - Rs.75/- per sqm.
Phase-III :-
For 1st year extension - Rs. 35/- per sqm.
For 2nd year to 7th year extension - Rs. 100/- per sqm.
For 8th to 10th year extension - Rs.120/- per sqm.

V COMMERCIAL

As per decision taken in the 75th Authority Meeting held on 14.10.93, the time upto 31.03.94 was given without penalty for making the commercial establishment functional failing which penalty shall be payable as per terms and conditions of allotment. As per decision taken in 95th Authority Meeting held on 16.12.98 and office order dated 16.01.99, following time was allowed for making the unit functional:-
1. Stipulated time period for functioning on built up premises-2 years
2. Stipulated time period for construction of building and functioning - 3 years on plots After expiry of above period extension charges shall be payable as per prevailing policy, however, at present the rates are as under:-
1. First year - 5% of the total allotment cost of plot/shop
2. Second year - 7.5% of the total allotment cost of plot/shop
3. Third year - 10% of the total allotment cost of plot/shop
4. Fourth year -15% of the total allotment cost of plot/shop
5. Fifth year and thereafter every year -20% of the total allotment
cost of plot/shop .

After transfer one year period is allowed to construct the building/ make the unit functional from the date of transfer memo. Rate of extension charges are applicable as in normal allotment case
VI INSTITUTIONAL 4% of the allotment rate per annum as mentioned in lease deed .
